What is my ring size?
To find your ring size using an existing ring, place the ring on a ruler and measure from one inner wall to the other inner wall, this will give you the internal diameter (mm) of the ring. Find your measurement on the size chart below to get your size.
To find your ring size without an existing ring, use string or paper to wrap around the base of your finger. Mark the point where the ends meet and measure the length with a ruler (mm), this will give you the circumference of the ring. Find your measurement on the size chart below to get your size.

Can I get my jewellery wet?
All jewellery is made from high quality sterling silver or 9ct gold, meaning you can wear it at the beach, in the shower, at the pool, even sleep in it, and it will not rust or make your skin green (chlorine and other harsh chemicals including perfumes, can react with the metals causing it to tarnish and/or corrode - do so at your own risk!)
How to care for my jewellery:
General wear and tear is expected with all pieces, to ensure the longevity of your ring I would recommend taking it off when doing the dishes, gardening, working with tools, etc. This will minimise the risk of leaving scratches and marks on your piece. However, I believe all the lumps and bumps that life gives your jewellery helps to tell a story, that maybe one day, you’ll be able to pass on and share with future generations.
Store your jewellery in a safe place and please note that glues found in some boxes can react with the metals causing them to tarnish. But fear not, bring your piece in for a clean to keep it looking nice and fresh.
Be gentle with your pieces, they’re here to stay!
How do I clean my jewellery?
I offer free general cleaning services for all my clients, resurfacing and re-polishing is also available at request. If you are unable to get your jewellery to me, I recommend cleaning your jewellery with warm soapy water and a soft brush until you can get it to me for a proper clean.
Can I return my jewellery?
As each piece is made to fit you, I am unable to accept returns. If you receive a faulty item (this does not include damage by the wearer) please get in contact with me as soon as possible and return the jewellery in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase, where we can organise a replacement or store credit.
Damage inflicted by the wearer will incur a fee for repair, price dependant on the severity of the damage. Mistakes happen, so please don’t hesitate to contact me so we can ensure your piece lasts a life time and more!
Why do I have to wait up to 2-4 weeks for my piece to be completed?
Each and every piece is handmade with love by Gina Wong in her studio. Ensuring the quality is matched for every item takes lots of time and effort. Other factors to consider include outsourcing materials such as certain gemstones for custom pieces, or casting services for certain designs, etc. This 2-4 week period is just a guide, some pieces may be completed before the 2 week period whereas others may take the whole 4 weeks.
If you have a certain date you would like a piece done by, for example for a birthday, anniversary, ect. Please take this timeframe into consideration before placing your order. Be sure to contact me if you are worried you won’t receive your item in time and I will do my best to make it happen.
